Job summary

Empire ABA is seeking an enthusiastic Behavior Technician (BT) to join our family-focused team. You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under the supervision of a BCBA, helping deliver evidence-based interventions that transform lives.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time hours, paid training and certification assistance, and opportunities for career advancement. A background check is required, reliable transportation is preferred, and you’ll collaborate closely

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year ABA therapy experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Behavior Technician (BT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $21 - $26/hour
• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
