Job summary

Career Based Solutions, LLC is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our ABA team. This 1:1 role delivers in-home, school, or clinic-based therapy under BCBA supervision, with flexible hours and opportunities to advance.

Candidates should have or pursue RBT certification, willingness to travel locally, and a high school diploma. We offer paid training, certification support, bonuses, and referral incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Behavior Technician (BT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $22/hour

Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Collect and document data on client progress

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions

Behavior Technician (BT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Eligible candidates will receive a bonus upon RBT certification completion

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred

• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required

• Ability to pass background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
