Empire ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to provide high‑quality 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic under BCBA guidance. The role focuses on data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with families and team members to support client success.

The position offers flexible shifts with full-time or part-time options, paid training, and opportunities for certification advancement. Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1 year ABA experience or working with children is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Behavior Technician (BT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $21 - $26/hour


• Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available


• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
