Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy in Clinton, New Jersey is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT or RBT) to join our team. You will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and families, supporting skill development in natural settings.

This part-time role requires flexible evenings and weekends, strong communication and data collection skills, and a commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or associate degree preferred
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
• Strong communication, observation, and data collection skills

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients in homes, schools, and communities
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using standardized tools
• Implement treatment plans designed by BCBAs, including skill-building activities and social skills training
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and other professionals for effective collaboration
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance clinical skills
