Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings in New Jersey. You will work closely with our BCBA team to implement plans, collect data, and support families with compassionate, ethical care.

The role offers a flexible, part-time/per diem schedule, hands-on training, and opportunities for career growth. RBT coursework is provided and career advancement is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Behavior Technician (BT) - Flexible, Part-Time/Per Diem

About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and motivated BT to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you'll work closely with our experienced BCBA team to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering ABA therapy in a positive and engaging manner
• Following treatment plans designed by our supervising BCBA
• Collecting data and documenting client progress
• Creating a safe and engaging session environment
• Communicating effectively with families and supervisors
