As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.

Compensation:
BT Rate: $22-$25/hour
RBT Rate (if certified): $24-$28/hour

Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred
RBT certification a plus, but not required
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Ability to pass background checks
