Job summary

Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in school, and community settings, following plans designed by a supervising BCBA. This flexible, part-time/per diem role offers meaningful work with children and families.

You will collect data, document progress, and collaborate with families and supervisors. Per diem scheduling allows you to work close to home in New Jersey while gaining hands-on training and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience with children or ABA therapy preferred.
• RBT certification a plus, but not required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Ability to pass background checks.

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs using evidence-based ABA practices.
