Autumn ABA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for a preschooler with autism in New Jersey after school hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or social work preferred.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• BT/RBT experience or training preferred.

• Keep anecdotal session notes and required paperwork.

Autumn ABA offers high-quality ABA services to families throughout New Jersey. We seek a part-time Registered behavior technician (RBT) or behavior technician (BT) to work with a preschool-aged client with autism for in-home (ABA) therapy after school hours. Your responsibilities:

• Conduct therapeutic ABA services in the home environment for children with autism
• Track and maintain data collection of session activities and programs developed by supervising BCBA
• Maintain anecdotal session notes for each therapy session and required paperwork
• Collaborate and communicate with supervising BCBA and other team members

Requirements:

• Behavior Technician (BT)
• High School Diploma (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, and/or social work (preferred)
• Experience working with young children (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
