Admire ABA in Maryland is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician BT/RBT to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism in a supportive, team-focused environment. The role emphasizes 1:1 therapy, data collection, collaboration with families and BCBA-developed plans, and a safe, engaging session atmosphere.

Flexible schedule, part-time hours, and local travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

Monday through Friday. 4:30 PM -6:30 PM

Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• This position does not require an active RBT certification. However, candidates must have prior experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). If you are not currently certified, we can assist you with obtaining your RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
