Job summary

New Patterns ABA - MA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Tech to join our team in Barnstable, MA. You will provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities, focusing on skill-building and independence.

As a per diem role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and engage families to support ongoing progress in various settings such as homes, schools, and community centers.

Qualifications

• 0 years of experience required but a strong desire to learn.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Passion for working with individuals with autism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community ABA therapy to build skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and foster independence.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team.
• Collect and track data to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate records of services and progress.
