Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs in K-12 settings.

You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to foster positive social and academic outcomes. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned student one on one to meet goals in the IEP with accommodations as needed.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Utilize behavior support strategies and de-escalation techniques when necessary.
• Provide personal care support based on student needs and assist with safe transitions.
