Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs under IEP guidance. You will work closely with teachers and specialists to implement behavior plans and foster a safe, supportive classroom.

The role emphasizes one-on-one student support, data tracking, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to help students reach personalized goals in inclusive education settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience with behavioral interventions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet IEP goals and provide accommodations as needed.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation of plans.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
• Supervise students and ensure safety during transitions.
