Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, seeks a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs. You will work one-on-one to meet IEP goals, implement behavior plans, and track progress with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet IEP goals with accommodations.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans.
• Record and track data on behaviors, progress toward goals, and incidents.
• Use behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Apply de‑escalation techniques, crisis management, and safe student handling when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
