Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI) is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs within in-district classrooms or standalone settings.

You will work one-on-one with an assigned student, implement behavior support plans, and help track progress under an IEP. Join a multidisciplinary team, participate in data collection, de-escalation, and safe physical intervention as trained, with paid training and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience implementing behavioral interventions in educational settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet IEP goals.
• Assist in developing and modifying behavior support plans.
• Record data on behaviors, progress, and incidents.
• Use behavior support and de-escalation techniques.
