Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student to meet goals set forth in the IEP.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans and record progress.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques and crisis management as needed.
• Provide personal care support as required by the student.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure consistent implementation of plans.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
• Supervise students during school activities.
