Job summary

Intercare Therapy in Van Nuys, California is seeking Behavior Technicians (RBT Required) to join our Clinical Services team on a part-time basis. You will support children with autism in home and clinic settings, with paid training and flexible afternoon/evening hours.

Responsibilities include one-on-one ABA sessions, building communication and daily living skills, traveling to client locations within a 20–40 mile radius, and collaborating with families and supervisors to ensure consistent

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.

Pay & Schedule

$24.00–$26.00 per hour

Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Active RBT Certification Required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
