Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT required) in Riverside, CA. This part-time role involves working 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA. You will travel within a 20–40 mile radius, building communication and daily living skills, while collaborating with families and supervisors to ensure consistent progress.

A $500 sign-on bonus and paid training are offered. A High School Diploma and active RBT certification are required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

$24.00–$26.00 per hour

Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Active RBT Certification Required
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20–40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
