Job summary

INTERCARE Therapy, Inc. is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT Required) to work with children with autism in home and clinic settings in Elk Grove, CA.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoons/early evenings and paid training to prepare you for ABA-based support. As a Behavior Technician, you will travel to client homes within a 20–40 mile radius, implement teaching plans, and collaborate with families and supervisors to promote communicative, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation, valid license, registration & insurance.
• Willingness to travel locally within a 20–40 mile radius.
• Passion for working with children; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Physical requirements include standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services.
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma
