Job summary

Intercare Therapy seeks Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home and clinic settings. No ABA experience is required as paid training is provided; you will work 1:1 to build communication and daily living skills.

The position offers a part-time schedule with afternoons and evenings, and requires travel within a 20–40 mile radius along with reliable transportation. Flexible, supportive team environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent not required; paid training provided.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel to client locations within 20–40 miles.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay & Schedule

$19.25-$23.00 per hour

Part-time role

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
