Job summary

INTERCARE THERAPY is hiring Behavior Technicians for in-home and clinic-based roles in California. You will work 1:1 with children using ABA (training provided) to build communication, social, and daily living skills. Travel to client homes and community locations is required.

The role offers a part-time schedule with afternoons/evenings, a $500 sign-on bonus, and paid training. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a strong passion for helping children are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One completed college course or higher preferred.
• Currently enrolled in college or an equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree acceptable.
• Reliable transportation with valid license, insurance, and registration.
• Willingness to travel locally (20–40 mi radius).
• Passion for working with children; experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay & Schedule

$500 Sign-On Bonus

$20.25-$23.00 per hour

Basic Requirements

• High School Diploma + one of the following:
• At least one completed college course
• Currently enrolled in college
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, registration & insurance
• Comfortable with local travel to nearby client locations (20-40mi radius)
• Passion for working with children (experience preferred)
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Physical requirements: Active role including standing, kneeling, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
