Job summary

Diversify Bx LLC is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA-based services in home, community, center, and school settings. You will implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals, collect data each session, and report concerns to the clinical supervision team within 24 hours.

The role requires a High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), CPR/BLS, and an active RBT credential if possible; an NPI number is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician credential preferred.
• NPI number required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with technology and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings using ABA principles.
• Implement prescribed skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Collect data on goals every session.
• Maintain client data in documents and online systems within required timeframes.
• Communicate client progress with parents/caregivers as instructed.
• Apply safe behavior modification strategies and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment and participate in trainings.
• Adhere to organizational policies and ethics per BACB guidelines.
