Job summary

California Behavioral Treatment Center seeks a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA services to children and adolescents across home, school, and community settings. You will work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, social, and self-help skills under supervision of an experienced clinical team.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing individual plans, and supporting treatment programs for ASD.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Degree in ABA/Psychology/Child Development or related field preferred.
• Valid California driver’s license required.
• Must pass TB test and criminal background check with fingerprint clearance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments.
• Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
