Job summary

Diversify Bx LLC is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services in home, school and community settings. The role includes data collection, reporting to clinical supervision, and maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment.

The position requires direct ABA service delivery with 1:1 and group sessions, adherence to HIPAA, and ongoing professional development through trainings and meetings. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CPR or BLS Certification preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician Credential preferred.
• NPI Number required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior goals prescribed by supervisor.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior goals each session.
• Maintain client data in the home using data sheets and online platform.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers as instructed by supervisor.
• Use safe behavior modification strategies and maintain client confidentiality.
