Job summary

Diversify Bx, LLC is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services in home, community, center, and school settings. You will collect data on skill acquisition and behaviors and report concerns to the supervision team within 24 hours.

You will maintain client confidentiality, communicate progress to families, and participate in ongoing training in ABA protocols while working under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• RBT credential preferred; CPR/BLS preferred; NPI required.
• Proficient with HIPAA and data privacy in clinical settings.
• Ability to learn and use online data collection platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services 1:1 and in group settings.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior goals every session.
• Maintain client data on the online data collection platform.
• Communicate progress to parents/caregivers as directed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
