Job summary

Diversify Bx LLC is seeking a Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA services in 1:1 and group settings across home, community, center, and school environments. You will collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction and report concerns to the clinical supervision team within 24 hours.

You will collaborate with a supervision team, maintain client confidentiality under HIPAA, and participate in ongoing ABA training to meet competency requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician Credential preferred.
• NPI number required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction each session.
• Maintain client data in home on online data collection platform.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
• Utilize safe behavior modification strategies when working with clients.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain clean, safe, organized work/therapy environment.
• Attend staff trainings or meetings to acquire ABA knowledge.
• Attaining and achieving position competencies in relation to role responsibilities.
