Job summary

Diversify Bx LLC in California seeks a Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA-based programs in the home, school, center, and community settings. You will collect data on skill acquisition and behaviors and report to the clinical supervision team within 24 hours.

The role includes duties in administration, case management, and clinical execution. The position requires a High School Diploma, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPR/BLS and RBT credentials are preferred, and you must have an NPI

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CPR or BLS Certification preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician credential preferred.
• NPI number required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings.
• Implement the skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behaviors each session.
• Maintain client data in the home using online data sheets.
• Effectively communicate with parents and caregivers regarding progress.
• Utilize safe behavior modification strategies compliant with policies.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Attend trainings to acquire and strengthen ABA knowledge.
