Diversify Bx is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to deliver ABA services in home, school, and community settings in Hemet, CA. You will collect data, report to supervisors, and support clients with skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.

The role requires 1:1 and small group sessions, data-driven progress notes, HIPAA compliant communication, and ongoing training. A high school diploma is required with RBT credentials preferred; California driver license recommended.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician credential preferred.
• NPI number required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ABA services in 1:1 and group settings.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals prescribed by supervisors.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior each session.
• Maintain client data in the home using online data sheets and platforms.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines.
