Job summary

Diversify Bx is seeking a dedicated Behavior Interventionist to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis services in home, community, center, and school settings. You will collect data, implement skill acquisition plans, and maintain confidential records under clinical supervision.

You will collaborate with families, adapt interventions, and participate in staff trainings to uphold high standards. A strong focus on safety, ethics, and professional growth is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• CPR or BLS certification is preferred.
• Registered Behavior Technician credential is preferred and may be beneficial.
• NPI number is required for this role.
• Proven ability to apply Applied Behavior Analysis principles in practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 and group ABA services as prescribed by the supervising clinician.
• Collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction each session.
• Maintain client data within the online data collection platform.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers per supervisor instructions.
• Ensure client confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, organized therapy environment and adhere to policy.
