Job summary

360 Behavioral Health seeks a Behavior Interventionist to empower children and teens to grow, learn, and thrive through ABA-based therapy. You’ll work 1:1 with clients, following individualized plans under BCBA supervision, in a part-time role with evenings.

You’ll commit to at least 15 hours per week, track progress, collaborate with families and teammates, adhere to HIPAA, and benefit from paid training and mileage reimbursement for travel over 20 miles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• 1:1 Client Support – Work directly with children and teens with Autism and other developmental disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADHD, OCD, and more).
• Implement ABA Treatment Plans – Follow individualized plans under BCBA supervision to teach skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve quality of life.
• Provide Consistent Therapy – Commit to at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week to ensure steady progress.
• Track Progress – Collect and record data to measure growth and guide next steps.
• Foster Learning and Growth – Use structured activities and interactive approaches to help clients reach their full potential.
• Collaborate as a Team – Work closely with supervisors, families, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
• Maintain Professional Standards – Follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies to protect and support the families you serve.
