Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental delays.
• RBT certification.
• Good judgment under routine and stressful conditions.
• Work professionally, effectively and collaboratively with others.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to assessment, planning, instruction and documentation for assigned students as assigned by the Principal.
• Align practice with agency mission, vision, guiding principles, and the BACB standards.
• Collaborate with classroom teams to provide integrated education and supports.
• Respond to diverse learning and treatment needs of students.
• Implement therapeutic crisis intervention with fidelity as needed.
• Participate in development and review of FBA and BIP and support IEP goals.
• Complete required documentation and data collection.
