As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will provide support to students with high support needs by implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. You will deliver 1:1 therapy, monitor and document progress, assist with skill development, and support students during behavioral challenges. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff to create a structured and supportive learning environment while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Our school offers an educational program serving students from 5‑22 years old (elementary, middle and high school classes) who have special needs associated with autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, intellectual and other developmental disabilities.
Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM (22.5 hours/week)
