Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field is required.
• An associate’s degree with relevant experience is acceptable.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Strong organization and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement intervention strategies under BCBA supervision.
• Teach targeted behaviors using ABA techniques.
• Record and track data from training sessions.
• Reinforce positive behavior with clients on caseload.
• Communicate progress to parents and administrators.
• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow prescribed behavior skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
