Job summary

Associates in Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct ABA therapy in outpatient clinics or home-based settings under BCBA supervision. You will conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for children.

This role requires maintaining an active RBT certification with BACB, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and families, and completing documentation for billing and state requirements.

Qualifications

• RBT certification must be active and current with BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to clients in outpatient clinic or home-based settings.
• Implements ITPs under the direction of the behavior analysts/consultants.
• Facilitate and assist in development and identification of resources for patients and families.
• Complete all documentation and supervisory requirements as required by state board for RBT.
• Provide detailed daily treatment notes in EMR system to ensure appropriate billing.
