Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have active BACB RBT certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to collect accurate data and document it promptly.
• Follow instructions and implement treatment plans with fidelity.
• Flexible to schedule including afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in active tasks.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate and timely data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols and reinforcement strategies as outlined by the BCBA.
• Maintain professional and ethical conduct in accordance with the BACB Code of Ethics.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and supervision with the BCBA.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to support program goals.
• Ensure session documentation and client records are completed promptly and accurately.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, positive, and structured learning environment.
• Sessions may take place in homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.
