Job summary

Achieve Behavior Alliance Plus is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement behavior intervention plans, collect data, and ensure ethical, high-quality care for clients with ASD and related needs.

Engage families and teams, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive, structured learning environment across homes, schools, clinics, or community settings.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to follow treatment plans with fidelity and collect accurate data.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and participate in active sessions.

Job description

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities. The RBT is responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to support skill development, behavior reduction, and overall client progress.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans with fidelity
• Excellent data collection and documentation skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical activities such as sitting, standing, kneeling, and playing on the floor.
