Responsibilities

• Assist in improving student achievement by supporting at-risk students and staff working with them.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers and counselors to create and monitor student behavior contracts.
• Develop behavior interaction plans for students in coordination with teachers.
• Monitor student behavior in the building and in SAC.
• Maintain SAC/discipline folders and student work records.
• Enter discipline actions in the data system and monitor progress of SAC students.
• Assist with arrival and dismissal procedures.
• Follow district safety protocols and emergency procedures.
