Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Eligible for state paraprofessional certification.
• Experience with behavior and social skill interventions preferred.
• Trained in CPI or crisis intervention program.
• Ability to work with students with significant behavioral needs.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in improving student achievement by supporting at-risk students and staff.
• Develop and monitor behavior contracts with administrators and counselors.
• Monitor student behavior in school and SAC, maintain folders.
• Assist with arrival and dismissal of students.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain confidentiality.
