Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with students with behavioral challenges preferred.
• Training in behavior management techniques and crisis intervention preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with administrators and teachers to design and implement behavioral intervention plans (BIPs).
• Monitor effectiveness of BIPs and record student behavior data.
• Use de-escalation techniques during incidents and assist with classroom management.
• Provide training for staff and parents on behavior management.
• Confer with parents and teachers regarding student issues and safety procedures.
