Responsibilities

• Assist in improving student achievement by supporting at-risk students and staff.
• Collaborate with administrators, teachers and counselors to monitor behavior contracts.
• Develop behavior interaction plans with teachers for students.
• Monitor student behavior in the building and in SAC.
• Maintain SAC/discipline folders and related student work records.
• Enter discipline data and observe classroom progress.
• Assist with arrival and dismissal of students.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety protocols.
