Experience providing professional development, coaching, or consultation to adults.

Responsibilities

Coaches teachers and school teams to strengthen Tier 1 behavioral practices.
Supports implementation of MTSS and PBIS with data-driven decision making.
Analyzes discipline and behavior data to identify trends and inform equitable decisions.
Develops proactive classroom management strategies to reduce disruptions.
Delivers professional learning and supports staff in restorative practices.
