Qualifications

• Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Pupil Services and special education supervisors.
• Provide coaching in behavior management and PBIS implementation.
• Design and implement programs to promote pro-social behavior.
• Consult with staff to adjust instructional programs based on data.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies for teachers.
• Support social/emotional/behavioral curriculum in compliance with MA standards.
• Serve as internal coach for students with challenging behaviors.
