Job summary

Istss seeks an experienced professional to develop and deliver ABA-based training for administrators, educators and parents. The role includes data collection, fidelity checks, and guiding intervention matches to student needs.

The position involves classroom-based demonstrations, coaching teachers, and leading group trainings while collaborating across PBIS/MTSS initiatives and supporting IEP development to promote access to the general curriculum.

Qualifications

• Degree in education or related field.
• Experience with ABA and applying evidence-based practices in schools.
• Ability to consult with administrators and teachers to implement interventions.

Responsibilities

• Develop materials and trainings for administrators, educators and parents in ABA and related methods.
• Assist with data collection, fidelity checks, and matching interventions.
• Provide classroom-based demonstrations, coaching, and group trainings.
• Collaborate on PBIS, MTSS, FBA and BIP development to support students.
• Support IEP development to promote educational and social-emotional development.
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians.
