Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking individuals pursuing BCBA licensure to join as Lead Case Supervisors. This role trains for BCBA success by supervising 3-5 client cases and providing 20 paid unrestricted hours weekly, with dedicated supervision from BCBA leadership.

Highlights include a base hourly pay range, a $2,000 signing bonus, and an additional $5,000 after passing the BCBA exam. The program supports exam prep with study materials and PTO to study.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to sit for BCBA exam eligibility
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming
• Desire to learn, grow, and accept feedback

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases with 20 paid unrestricted hours per week
• Update client goals and programming using the electronic data collection platform
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skillset
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT
• Receive ongoing coaching and feedback from BCBA leadership
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings
• Conduct and write assessment reports including Vineland/QABF/FAST/ESDM checklists
• Collaborate with Speech, OT, and Psychology for interdisciplinary care
• Provide direct client therapy 10-20 hours per week as center needs
