Job summary

Soar Autism Center invites motivated practitioners in ABA coursework to join as Lead Case Supervisors. This role focuses on accruing practicum hours while earning pay and bonuses toward BCBA eligibility.

You will supervise RBTs, update treatment plans, conduct family meetings, and deliver direct therapy as needed. The position offers growth toward a BCBA role and robust mentoring from BCBA leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the PFA and SBT.
• Training and coaching to be provided.
• Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments.
• Receive coaching and feedback from Partner Clinician and other BCBAs in your clinic.
• Be a part of the Soar integrated care team, collaborating with Speech, OT, and Psychologists.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week).
