Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor for aspiring BCBA candidates. The role supports practicum hours, offers a signing bonus, and provides supervision from BCBA leaders.

The Apex Program accelerates development toward a BCBA credential and eventual BCBA role within the center network. The position includes hands-on case supervision, data-driven goals, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible for BCBA exam.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for supervising RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as case supervisor for 3-5 client cases with ~20 paid unrestricted hours/week.
• Update client goals and programming in the data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings and grow clinical skill set.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance sessions.
• Conduct assessments and write reports for new or re-assessed clients.
