Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Centennial is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training / Lead Case Supervisor. This full-time, hourly role prepares candidates to become a BCBA by supervising RBTs, guiding case progress, and reporting to the Local Clinical Trainer.

The Apex Program accelerates development while maintaining high clinical standards. The position includes a $2,000 signing bonus, ongoing supervision, and access to top-tier study materials.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400–600 hours of completing practicum hours to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Strong rapport-building skills with families; collaboration with BCBAs and center teams.
• Willing to learn coaching and supervising RBTs for ESDM therapy.
• Experience with ESDM, PFA, and SBT is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming, utilizing our data collection platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM-specific trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support.
