Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor to guide practicum hours toward BCBA eligibility. You will supervise RBTs, update goals, and participate in ESDM trainings, with direct family collaboration and ongoing supervision from BCBA leaders.

The role offers paid unrestricted hours, 3–5 client cases, and a clear pathway to a BCBA position after passing the exam and meeting program requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Must be within 400–600 hours of completing practicum hours to sit for BCBA exam.
• Demonstrate ability to build rapport with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate coaching and supervision skills for RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3–5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using our data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Conduct and write assessments and training on ESDM-related tools.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance sessions.
