Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Lead Case Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ to help you advance toward BCBA certification while accruing practicum hours. The role is full-time and hourly, with supervision of RBTs and cases, and direct client therapy as needed.

You’ll participate in ESDM trainings, receive ongoing supervision from BCBA leaders, and benefit from a 2,000 signing bonus plus performance-based bonuses as you progress toward exam success.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within 400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam.
• Demonstrate rapport-building skills with families as a behavior therapist.
• Develop case conceptualization and client programming skills and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using our data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skillset.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with Speech, OT, and Psychology teams.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week).
