Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Behavior Analyst in Training/Lead Case Supervisor to support practicum hours and progress toward BCBA certification. The role offers paid hours and a clear pathway toward a BCBA credential within the Apex Program.

Details include base pay hourly with signing bonus and potential bonuses upon exam success, plus comprehensive supervision, training, and a strong focus on family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible for the BCBA exam.
• Demonstrate rapport-building skills with families.
• Willingness to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming using our electronic data platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skillset.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
• Conduct and write assessment reports including Vineland, QABF, FAST, and ESDM Checklist.
• Receive coaching from BCBA supervisors and other BCBAs.
• Collaborate with Speech Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Psychologists.
• Conduct direct client therapy (10-20 hours/week).
