Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Denver seeks a Lead Case Supervisor who is pursuing BCBA hours and will supervise RBTs while accruing practicum hours. This full-time role offers paid hours and ongoing supervision as part of the Apex Program.

The base pay ranges from $22.50 to $28.50 per hour, with a $2,000 signing bonus on offer and $5,000 after BCBA exam success. You will manage 3-5 client cases and provide direct client therapy as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours of completing practicum hours to be eligible for BCBA exam.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week).
• Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM trainings to grow clinical skills.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans using PFA and SBT.
• Meet with families for Family Treatment Guidance meetings.
• Conduct assessment reports and re-assessments including Vineland, QABF, FAST.
