Job summary

Soar Autism Center in Colorado is seeking an aspiring BCBA candidate for a Lead Case Supervisor role. You will supervise cases, manage hours, and receive dedicated supervision to build toward BCBA certification.

The role offers paid unrestricted hours, signing bonuses, and structured training while you gain practicum experience to sit for the BCBA exam. This full-time, on-site position supports center growth and professional development.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or recently completed a Master’s program for ABA.
• Be within ~400-600 hours (or less) of completing all practicum hours to be eligible to sit for the BCBA Exam.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in building rapport and trust with families as a behavior therapist.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in case conceptualization and client programming and planning.
• Demonstrate emerging skills in coaching and supervising RBTs to implement ESDM therapy.
• Desire to learn and grow and accept feedback.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a case supervisor for 3-5 client cases (20 paid unrestricted hours/week), set based on center needs and program progress.
• Update client goals and programming, utilizing our electronic data collection platform.
• Provide direct supervision to a team of RBTs.
• Participate in ESDM specific trainings, growing your clinical skillset.
• Write Behavior Intervention Plans, utilizing the Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skill Based Treatment (SBT).
• Train and coach to be provided.
• Meet with families to conduct Family Treatment Guidance meetings and support, utilizing Soar’s in-house curriculum.
• Conduct and write assessment reports for new clients and re-assessments for established clients, including training on the Vineland, QABF, FAST, and the ESDM Curriculum Checklist.
